Mr. Brad A. Sellers, 51, is the President and Director of the Rhino Financial Corporation. Mr. Sellers has served in this position since the formation of the Company in 1994. Furthermore, Mr. Sellers has also been the sole manager of the Rhino Fund Management, LC, since its inception in November 1996. Since 1994, Mr. Sellers has been engaged full-time in the trading of equities, options, and commodities for individual and institutional clients. Mr. Sellers has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech. |
